String Wound Filter Cartridges
The MicroSentry wound cartridge is setting a higher standard for industries requiring cartridge filtration. Our equipment makes achieving precision patterns a matter of standard procedure. Our state of the art computerized production machinery takes the variables out of custom winding and creates filter cartridges that are accurately wound from a single strand of specially selected fibrous roving material, wound around a perforated core in a nearly perfect geometric pattern.

Brass Wool Filter Elements
Our brass wool elements are designed to control microorganisms in machine coolants, industrial parts washers, cooling towers,
well water, aquariums, ponds, fountains, car washes, and other aqueous fluids. The transfer of electrons within the
element initiates the oxidation/reduction process to create an electrolytic field that will kill most microorganisms.
In addition, the media causes peroxides and hydroxyl radicals to form. These localized peroxides and
hydroxyl radicals disrupt the life cycle of microorganisms.
Manufactured with high purity copper-zinc fibers, electrons flow freely in the presence of an electrolytic solution (water).

Hydro Carbon Cartridges
Hydrocarbon removal cartridges are engineered to
remove oil, gasoline, diesel fuel, solvents, sheen, and
other hydrocarbons from water in a single pass by
permanently bonding them to our absorbent media,
without significant pressure drop even when the
cartridges have been fully saturated.
